Delivering the Right Drug to the Right Patient
We aim to dramatically increase the clinical response rate of the therapies in our pipeline by identifying and treating only those patients who are most likely to benefit. Our clinically validated predictive medicine platform merges biology and technology innovation to bio-simulate treatment of each patient’s cancer at the cellular level. We assess patient response to drugs ex vivo, at scale and at speed.
Through years of testing patient samples and validating platform-predicted response against actual clinical patient outcomes, we’ve built a massive cancer biological response database, including more than 190 billion lines of proprietary structured data. Interrogating these data allows us to better predict patient response and identify additional promising therapeutic candidates to address the areas of highest unmet medical need. Our lead therapeutic candidate, Ntbl-201 (Volasertib + PRD-AML), is in-licensed with exclusive worldwide development and commercialization rights except for certain rare pediatric cancers.
