Notable has assembled the world’s largest blood cancer database focused on cell and cancer cell biological responses. Our database contains 190 billion data lines and provides unprecedented insight into patient response, helping us to identify the most promising drugs to develop into novel Presponseâ„¢ therapeutics.
The Notable Biological Response Database, developed in collaboration with Stanford University and the MD Anderson Cancer Centers, has undergone four clinical validation trials across 11 treatment types. Validation trials show that 97 percent of the patients who were predicted to respond did respond. This success stems from years of testing, refining and applying machine learning to optimize cell culture and computational algorithms.
The power of Notable’s database is based on the massive amount of data produced by our flow cytometry process. With this approach, Notable can interrogate live cells as well as dead cells and analyze particular subsets of blood cells like neutrophils and lymphocytes to study how the patient’s cells respond to the drug.
