Kaile Zagger has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held significant executive leadership positions for organizations both publicly traded and privately held, across the C Suite from CEO, COO to CCO. Adjunctly, Zagger is the co-founder, in conjunction with a Yale surgeon, on a breakthrough non-profit driving early detection in the women’s gynecological oncology space.
Zagger has deep expertise in internal operations of healthcare, commercialization and launching disruptive products that have shifted the paradigms in the space. During the course of her career, she has formulated and executed a wide range of restructurings, secured $100M of operational expense reduction, re-positioned commercialization go to markets across a wide array of care areas and has led the delivery of over $1B in revenue.
Zagger has led complex transformations, re-organizations and commercial re-positions in the healthcare and life sciences space. She has successfully and repeatedly, navigated organizations to their desired new state. Her deep transformational experience, has been proven across a myriad of verticals and has spanned from pre-revenue challenges to post commercialization complexities.
Zagger has a proven track record of exponential top and bottom-line growth, post transformation — while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs cross functionally. She has redesigned strategic plans and has facilitated the tactical execution of those plans within organizations. Zagger excels at constructing a go forward platform that enables the organization to thrive in demanding, dynamic, elastic environments while ensuring they are able to sustainably demonstrate pragmatic focus, change management and operational excellence.
Zagger is currently managing director and chair of the Healthcare Practice Group of Province Firm, a nationally recognized restructuring and financial advisory firm and has joined Notable as interim chief executive officer and chief restructuring officer.
